If I have a problem, can I just complain and get a refund?

If you have a problem, PLEASE report it to us ON SITE, the night of your problem. Please report it to the ticket booth, not to a random staff member. It is important that your inquiry gets to the proper channels so that we may help you. However, please understand that just like major sporting and concert events, refunds are not given under any circumstances. We will work with you closely to resolve your issue. Please don’t email us or call us days later to report an issue. We may not be able to help you. We need to hear from you the SAME NIGHT you attend, and work with you on that same night.
